The 3rd Workshop of the Coordinated Action (CA) Respiratory Viroses of the ANRS Emerging Infectious Diseases will be held on December 11 and 12, 2025 in Paris.

The workshop is organized over two days with 5 scientific sessions and 2 keynotes by international speakers.

The workshop will cover the field of respiratory viruses in a cross-disciplinary way, from pathophysiology to therapeutic aspects and public health.

Particular topics will include :

• Coronaviruses and emergence risks
• RSV
• Respiratory viruses and immunosuppression
• Avian respiratory viruses
• Pandemic risks and prepardness

The workshop will start on December 11, 2024 at 1:30 pm and finish on December 12 in the late afternoon. A cocktail reception will be held on the evening of December 11.

Registration is free but mandatory.

The ANRS Emerging Infectious Diseases (ANRS MIE) Joint Action on Respiratory Viruses was created in 2022, following on from the various REACTing and then ANRS Emerging Infectious Diseases working groups on COVID-19.

The AC Viroses Respiratoires, coordinated by Karine Lacombe and Edouard Lhomme, is primarily responsible for the scientific coordination and support of innovative research projects in the field of respiratory viruses, with a view to submitting them to the various calls for projects.
